Hey everybody. I'm still alive. Going to attempt to post more often as I am in a couple of games at the moment. To keep details straight and all.
I've got
Sarah Miller
Annika Moreau
and
Kura Aotoa (Zahara Nyetrova)
I'm off to bed as I have to be at work in

Remeber how I was on about that character sheet? I may have made it "too big" and I might not be abe to finish it. I may have to delete it and start over again with less pixels per cm. Damnit.
So, I found out that a person who is even minorly OCD should not be given a program where they can manipulate something on a pixel by pixel level. I've been working on the first page of a 4 page character sheet. I've been working on it for days. Have I been adding snazzy stuff to it? Absolutely not, well not yet. What have I been doing? Straightening lines. That's right. I'm let loose on a Glasswalker character sheet with a photoshop program. And for the moment I am straigtening lines. Yeah.
OCD confirmation? Check.
OCD confirmation? Check.

Ok, I don't care if I'm done or not, I fraking done. 54 fears, 15 hopes, 10 questions.
This was for the "homework" for the Garou game.
Oh, and I'm a dork.

So, on the D&D side of the world.
We had a small game. Basically Aly, John and myself. Which is sort of like when I first started (except Joseph was not there). Now, GM Jarrod has instituted a new rule. If you are not at game and you are basically a no call/no show then your character gets red-shirted. Red-Shirted means that your character is now the ultimate team player. You can't tell a red-shirted character to go slay that dragon, but if you are threatened by that dragon you can tell the red-shirt to distract the dragon so everyone else can escape, the character can die from this. Red-Shirts only earn 1/2 XP for any combat that they help with. Now, if you let him know what is up then you get Pink Clouded. Basically, you are there, but you are all cracked-out on pink cloud berries. You don't count towards combat, unless everything is totally fucked. You get full XP share for any combat you end up helping with.
So, the creepy little mage-created creature (Grishnak) that followed the group into the lab finally got his grubby mitts on the scroll that had the spell to destroy the dimensional anchor. We were in a pocket dimension, which was a safe haven and mage school. Well, he severed the dimensional anchor so the lab cracked and then fell, through the air. We land, take damage, and start sinking as we apparently landed in water. So, we hoof it the hell out of there. Back up to the upper levels of the lab. Where we have enough time to hastily grab our things and run for it.
Well, here we get to the point where it is detrimental that I do not actually use out-of-character information. Isten tells us to wait and goes through the curtain first. One round passes and A'keresti asks Alucard what we are waiting for. So Alucard tells her "oh, you can go now." He does not tell her that there is in Iron Golem and two mechanical/automated dragon heads (that bite and breathe fire) in the room past the curtain. So, she runs for it and takes an attack of opportunity. Which would be fine, she was packing 43 hit points; except, the Golem got a critical hit on her...for 45 points of damage. So, she is down to -2 and unconscious. Well Amorise (Cat's character) is Red-Shirted so she gets told to pick me up and run me out of there. Amorise does pick her up, but takes the attack from one of the dragon heads. So, she ends up at negative. Well, all the attacks of opportunity are taken, so Alucard runs in and picks up A'keresti. Next round falls, and Alucard takes a hit before his turn is up. Luckily, he took no where near as much damage as the rest of us. So, he was able to get her out of there. Well, the Golem is limited, once we get to a certain point in the tunnel he goes back to the middle of the room he is in and the dragon heads breathe fire on him.
oooo crap... more later, I gotta get back to work.

So, as part of the fevered sleep/dreaming, GM Becky asked us to make a list of hopes, fears and questions for/from our characters. The questions will be addressed in the fever dreams. So, I set out to making the list. I'm not done yet, but so far I have 47 fears, 10 hopes and 2 questions. Egads. I'll probably need to get this list to her sooner so she can plan in advance instead of her making up that much stuff on the fly.
Alrighty, on the Garou side of the world.
Maria's pack, Seekers of Wisdom, really screwed up. So badly that the pack totem basically said "fuck a whole bunch of this, you guys are on your own." And doing so, dissolved the pack as a pack. So, everyone who was left had to decide if they just wanted to call it quits, or keep going and form a new pack.
So, new pack is formed, Hand of Retribution. And we get our totem. And a bit of game mechanics here, basically everyone in the pack rolls their Gnosis. What the group rolls determines, who/what we get, how powerful it is and how much it likes us. Well, some of the guys had some 10's that exploded. And we got Mother Rat. As in Mother Rat the Bone Gnawer tribal totem. As in Mother Rat, just one step down from Wyrm/Weaver/Wyld. And she LOVES us. Well, she spiritually bites us in the heart to put some of her spirit into us and to mark us as hers. And we all fall into a fevered sleep. Which is new for the Garou, as they have never been sick a day in their lives. Which is similar to something Maria has gone through once before. What they have is the Plague.
Wait for it...the Plague...the Plague that the Ratkin have to survive before they can become Ratkin...
Garou can't become Ratkin...But, Maria might.
So, there are three possible outcomes to this. One, Maria survives the Plague and remains kinfolk. Two, Maria survives the Plague and becomes a Ratkin. Three, Maria dies. It is all going to come down to my stamina rolls, and her True Faith is going to come into play here. I do have two rerolls that I have stockpiled. Now, that monkey-wrench actually might bring a monkey-wrench with it.
Ratkin have the same reaction to silver than Garou do. Maria has silver in her eyes. Yes, she has essence of silver, in her iris. So, if she goes Ratkin, then it is entirely possible that 1) during her first change the silver will damage her eyes so badly that she goes blind or 2) the silver starts buring her eyes, she goes into frenzy and gouges her own eyes out.
I really just hope she does not end up dead. I like this character. Oooh more later, I have to go back to work.

Yeah, in D&D Silent Song got chomped on by 7 out of 10 Hydra heads. She went from max health to -15 in one round. The phrase is ouch. So, yeah. No one was able to slap a heal on her by the end of the round. And bye-bye little convoluted semi-psychotic rogue/bard.
So now I am playing A'keresti, who is a Dragon Shaman/Binder. She is also the last living Dragon Shaman (also called Dragon Priest) for the Chromatic Dragons. She has been in Temporal Stasis since a couple years after the end of the Dragon War (approximately 2000 years ago, game time). She is an egg guardian. It is her duty to bring Chromatic Dragons back into the world. So, both her and the eggs (several clutches from each type) have been in stasis until the current party came through and "activated" her.
She has actually met Dragons. Her mother was an elven Dragon Shaman for a Red Dragon named Throgflame the Brutal (who later became her Master as well). Her father was one of the human slaves that her mother commanded. She was raised around her Master. And was responsible for shining his scales from the time she could walk until she was oathed to serve him as a shaman/priestess. She considers this a great honor.
I think I am going to have fun playing her. She is out of place and out of time. Her "priorities" and "sensibilities" are so far removed from those of the rest of the party that it should be interesting. She is semi-lawful. She will follow Draconic Law, but Man's law she could care less about.

I know it has been a while since I've posted here. And a whole slew of schtuff has happened to my characters since the last time I did. In my D&D game my little rogue/bard Silent Song died. I'm now playing a Dragon Shaman/Binder named A'keresti Il'Abruth Charir.
There may or may not be major changes to my Glasswalker/Fianna Kinfolk Maria. I'll have to get into those later as I need to go back to work now. I'm just letting you guys know that I have not forgotten.
